Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange service within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the purchase invoice or order number.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. Customers may choose an item of the same value or a higher value, with payment of any applicable price difference.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
