Exchanges

We offer an exchange service within 3 days from the date of purchase or receipt, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or order number.
Exchanges are subject to item availability, or you may select another item of equal or higher value, with any price difference settled accordingly.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect, within 3 days from the date of purchase or receipt.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
